YOUR HOSTS
Two coaches. Two friends. One retreat we wish we could've been guests at.
This isn't a retreat hosted by influencers. It's by two working coaches and friends who train together, compete together, and have built their careers helping people show up for themselves.

HOW THIS STARTED
Berlin, a Hyrox finish line, and an idea.
We didn't start as business partners — we started as friends and athletes. We trained side by side, pushed each other in the gym, and eventually competed together at Hyrox in Berlin. The trip changed something for both of us.
Traveling with someone you love, doing something you're passionate about, exploring a new city, eating real food, sleeping deeply, moving every day — we landed back home and kept saying: this is what people need. Not just a holiday. Not just a workout plan. All of it, together.
So we built it. A retreat for our community — the people who've trained with us, followed us, and asked us, "When are you doing something like this?" The answer is now. Bali, October 2026. The work is ours; the experience is yours.
— Dany & Karina

Dany Pulido
Founder & CEO of FitQuest · Strength, Nutrition & Dance Fit Lead
Dany has spent the last decade in fitness, working with men and women across every stage of their journey — from total beginners to athletes. Her focus is sustainable weight management, building real strength, and changing the small daily habits that change everything else.
She's coached one-on-one and led group training at some of Dubai's most respected gyms, including SIRO One & Only, Seven Gym, and The Locker Gym. She's also the creator of Dance Fit — her signature class that turns full-body cardio into a party, set to music, with resistance bands and light weights. It's fun, it's hard, and it's the most "Dany" thing she's built besides Fiquest.
Dany is the Founder & CEO of the FitQuest app — a fitness platform designed to help people reach their goals no matter where they are or how busy life gets. Personalized training, nutrition, and habit-building, all in one place. It's the same philosophy she brings to this retreat: meet people where they are, and give them everything they need to grow.
When she's not training people or building the app, she's deepening her love for Pilates and movement, and reminding her clients that progress beats perfection every single time.

Karina Dmytrenko
Strength, Mobility & Yoga Lead
Karina has spent more than a decade in fitness, with the past five years as a personal trainer and group coach at Dubai's Seven Gym. She's that rare coach who can guide you through a deep mobility flow one hour and push you through a brutal conditioning circuit the next — her gift is showing women how strength, stretching, and yoga work together so the body actually feels good.
She trains the way she teaches: as a competitor. Karina has raced Hyrox, competed in bodybuilding, run Spartan Races, and Turf Games, and led boot camps, group classes, retreats, and one-on-one training across the city. She knows exactly what it takes to show up for yourself when your body is tired and your head is louder than your goals — and how to make the work feel like play.
On this retreat, Karina leads the yoga, mobility, and movement programming. Expect grounded, breath-led flows in the morning and recovery sessions designed to leave you feeling stronger and softer at the same time. She and Dany have been best friends and training partners for years — together, they're building the retreat they wish they could be guests at.

QUESTIONS
Things you might be wondering
Who is this retreat for?
Anyone — men and women — who is ready for a real reset. Physically, mentally, and emotionally. You don't need to be advanced in yoga or fitness. You just need to be open to showing up for yourself for 7 days and willing to have a lot of fun doing it.
What fitness level do I need?
All levels are welcome — from complete beginners to regular gym-goers. Every session is designed to be accessible and challenging at the same time. You work at your own pace, and our coaches will always offer modifications so nobody gets left behind and nobody gets bored.
How many people are on the retreat?
This retreat is intentionally small — just 10 guests maximum. We kept it intimate on purpose. Smaller group means more personal attention from our coaches, stronger connections between guests, and a much more special experience overall. Once the 10 spots are filled, registration closes.
What's included in the price?
Your retreat includes: 7 nights accommodation at Maya Resort Ubud, all daily fitness and wellness sessions (yoga, strength training, breathwork, dance fit, mobility and yin yoga), a private group sound healing at the Pyramid of Chi, guided excursions (Monkey Forest, sacred temple visit, rice field walk, and a Canggu day trip with sunset at La Brisa), all group dinners throughout the week, airport transfers on arrival and departure, and access to all Maya Resort facilities including the 2 amazing infinity pools by the river and forest. What's not included: international flights, travel insurance, personal spending, and the optional adventure activities on free day (hiking or ATV — we help organise, you pay on the day).
How do I book and pay?
Register your interest using the form on this page. Once we receive your details, we'll personally reach out to hold your spot and send you a secure payment link for the full retreat amount. Because spaces are so limited, we handle every booking one-on-one to make sure the experience is right for you. No automated checkout — just a real conversation.
What is Maya Resort like?
Maya is one of Ubud's most loved luxury wellness resorts — Deep inside Bali's cultural heart, and somewhere outside of linear time, Maya Ubud Resort & Spa unfolds gently across 18-hectares of lush tropical landscape. The land's palm tree-fringed contours form a ceremonial walkway that reveals the hidden river valley below. Tropical gardens, stunning infinity pools, an open-air yoga space, a spa, and incredible restaurants and bars, serving fresh, nourishing food. It's the kind of place that immediately makes you feel like you've arrived somewhere special. You can explore the resort at www.mayaresorts.com
What about food and dietary needs?
Two meals a day (breakfast and dinner) are included throughout the retreat, served at Maya's restaurant. The kitchen is fully flexible and can accommodate vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, pescatarian, and most food allergies. Just let us know your requirements when you register, and we'll make sure everything is taken care of before you arrive.
I'm coming alone — is that okay?
Absolutely, and honestly most people do. Solo travellers make up the heart of almost every retreat. Before you even land in Bali, you'll be connected with the full group via our WhatsApp community — so by the time you arrive, these will already feel like people you know. You will not feel alone for a single moment.
Will I have any free time?
Yes — and we mean real free time, not just gaps between sessions. Each day has a structured morning and evening, but the afternoons are yours. There's also a full free adventure day where you choose what to do — jungle hiking, ATV through the caves, or simply relaxing at the resort. This retreat is built to recharge you, not exhaust you.
Are flights included?
Flights are not included. We recommend flying into Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) in Denpasar, Bali, with an arrival on the 10th of October. Once you're registered, we'll share a recommended arrival window so the group can coordinate and transfer together. Airport transfers from Denpasar to Maya Resort in Ubud (approx. 60–75 min) are included in your retreat.
Do I need a visa?
Most nationalities can enter Indonesia with a Visa on Arrival (VOA) at the airport, valid for 30 days and extendable to 60. It costs approximately $35 USD and is paid on arrival. We recommend checking the specific requirements for your passport well in advance. We'll include a full travel info guide in your pre-retreat emails once you're booked.
What language are the sessions in?
All sessions, coaching, and communication throughout the retreat are conducted in English.
Whats the cancellation policy?
Because spaces are extremely limited, before September 1st - deposit refundable (minus a small admin fee) or transferable to someone else
After September 1st - non-refundable, but transferable to another guest
No-shows & last-minute cancellations: all payments are non-refundable once made.
However, your spot is fully transferable — if you can no longer attend, you're welcome to pass your place to someone else at no extra cost. This is exactly why we require travel insurance: it protects your investment if something unexpected happens. We strongly recommend taking out a policy that covers trip cancellation and medical expenses before making your payment.
Is travel insurance required?
Yes — travel insurance is required for all guests. Your policy should cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, and ideally adventure activities. We'll share recommended providers in your booking confirmation. It's a non-negotiable because we genuinely care about you being protected, not just for our peace of mind.
